Bought my truck for a airleak they said air compressor was weak and told me nothing was wrong. With it and send me down the road made to Houston tx it went out completely I will never take my truck back to there again I live up there I just take it to Salt Lake and just take the shuttle home

I have never been impressed with the high level of service that I received from the team at PREMIER! I could not have broken down in a better place. Their mechanics are top-notch knowledgeable and experienced very thorough. The front desk customer service is very informative and kept me updated along the whole process. I broke down in October and needed a new Turbo on my 2018 Freightliner M2. They did an outstanding job in troubleshooting and addressing my issues. They suggested other preventive maintenance, and I went ahead and authorized them. We are now in the middle of December and the truck is running optimally and back to normal. If I had to choose where in the country to break down, it would be in Idaho, and I've been to many Freightliner dealerships around the country. They are the PREMIER for a reason. MKD CARRIER INC.

Bought a used truck from here, well worth the purchase! Doug was super helpful and knowledgeable on any questions I had. These trucks get reconditioned before advertised and they do a top notch job. Flawless truck for being a 2019. Flew from ME and drove home beautifully. Highly recommend premier dealers!

Premier Truck Group of Idaho Falls provided GREAT service for an unscheduled repair. I noticed that my fan belt on my cummins 600hp ISX engine had pieces missing when checking the oil. Being from N.C traveling I searched for the closest Freightliner dealer with great google reviews. When I called from several hours away Benjamin Witt answered the telephone for service. He told me to bring my RV in for repair. It was late in the day so he told me that I could come and spend the night in an RV space with electricity (no water or dump) and in the morning they open at 7. Long story short Benjamin got my RV in a very timely manner to the technician who diagnosed the problem. The technician put all new belts on and made sure that there were no issues with the idler pulleys. While my wife, dog, and I waited Premier Truck group of Idaho Falls had a great customer lounge to wait for our RV to be repaired. Benjamin and the service team are great assets who know how to treat customers RIGHT! Oh, the price for the service was fair. THANKS Benjamin from Scott, Renee', and Sade Weaver.
